Rachelle Hershey

Administrative Assistant & Help Desk Representative

Rachelle Hershey is the friendly voice and sharp mind behind many of the day-to-day operations at Northern Arizona IT. As an Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeping Coordinator, and Help Desk Representative, she ensures that both our internal systems and client communications run smoothly.

Rachelle brings a keen eye for detail to her bookkeeping responsibilities, supporting accurate financial records, invoicing, and account reconciliation. On the front lines of customer service, she answers incoming calls, triages support requests, and ensures clients receive timely assistance from the right team members.

 

Raul Marquez

Engineer

Raul is the IT Operations & Service Manager at Northern Arizona IT, where he oversees service delivery, manages infrastructure, and ensures clients receive reliable, secure technology support. With expertise in both technical systems and team leadership, Raul bridges the gap between behind-the-scenes operations and exceptional client experiences.

  • 5+ years managing IT infrastructure, service desks, and cybersecurity initiatives
  • Certified in Microsoft 365 Administration, IT Service Management, and Cybersecurity Fundamentals
  • Skilled communicator fluent in both English and Spanish (C2 Proficient)
  • Strong background in process improvement, compliance, and project delivery
  • Holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta

Ricardo Rincon

Support Engineer

Ricardo is a dedicated Support Engineer who ensures smooth technical operations and delivers reliable IT assistance to clients and internal teams.
